How Our Support Is Funded in Practice
In many cases, our support can be integrated in a way that is cost neutral for the company.

Where work is directly related to client cases, such as preparing case material, supporting MDT coordination, drafting documentation, or assisting with assessments and reporting, this time can often be billed at an Assistant Case Manager rate.
​
This means that part of our work is recoverable within existing fee structures.
​
Alongside this, we may also undertake internal operational and administrative work that supports the wider running of the practice.
​
In practice, these two elements often sit alongside each other.
​
The margin generated through client facing work frequently covers the internal operational support, meaning that practices can strengthen their systems and capacity without increasing overheads.

This allows case managers to:

We work with each practice to structure support appropriately and ethically within their existing billing and governance frameworks.

The aim is not to maximise billable hours.

It is to ensure practices are resourced in a way that is financially sustainable, professionally defensible, and aligned with sector standards.
How Billing Works
Work is normally billed in 20 minute increments. Where support relates directly to client facing activity, billing by the minute is available to support cost effective charging.
Billing is issued monthly unless otherwise agreed. Minimum billing can be agreed depending on workload and availability.
Availability and Comms
Support is available by email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams and phone calls during agreed working hours.
Ad hoc Support
One off or short term support is welcome, subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly and payable within agreed terms.
